In 2011 a long time dream of mine came true- I became a real estate agent! Prior to that I worked in corporate America and was a small business owner. The experience I gained provided me with the foundation to be a successful real estate agent.
As the daughter of a contractor I have always had a passion for real estate. I grew up in a house where we always had a home improvement in progress. Soon after I got married my husband and I flipped our first house. I was in love with every part of the process and ever since I have been interested in pursuing this career field. Currently, I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can’t take a personal interest in every client. I don't really think of myself as a salesperson. I consider myself more like a consultant. I feel my job is to solve customers problems. I have always put my customers needs and wants ahead of my own desire to sell something. This attitude has always served me well. My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties (buyer and seller) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache. I am an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms and conditions for my client. The purchase or sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you.
